Video: Viewing Clients Notes and Forms in a List

Irina from Zanda 0:06 Hi there, Irina here. In this video, let me show you how you can easily manage your client forms and notes if you need to find something very quickly.
0:15 Let us find that client profile to have a look. What we are in, let's go into the records section and select notes.
0:25 By default, each note will be unfolded and you might have a very long list of nodes. So to make this more convenient for you, use these close all nodes button here at the top and you will see that all nodes will be collapsed and you will only see the basic information about this node, such as its title and when it was created. And then when you need to work on one of the nodes, just unfold it and do what you need to do.
0:53 The same you can do with client forms. Let's go into the records forms and again all the forms will be open here and if you have if you need to have an overview click on close all forms all the forms will be collapsed and you will see exactly the basic information about each form which will help you find the one you need. You will see the title of each form and when it was created and then if you need to have a look or work on it just unfold it and scroll through the full note or form.
