Updating Your Credit/Debit Card Details

Zanda automatically processes your monthly fee and SMS charges using the credit/debit* card details stored in your account. You can edit your credit/debit card details at any time.

*Note:

Debit cards can be used in place of credit cards, should they be authorised for online direct debit payments.

The initial entry of your credit or debit card details occurred when you upgraded your trial account to a paid subscription.

If your credit or debit card information changes, it's essential to update it to ensure seamless automatic payments for your subscription and to maintain uninterrupted access to your account. Follow these simple steps to make the necessary changes:

  1. Go to Settings > Practice > Subscription.
  2. Click on Update Credit Card.
  3. Click Edit
  4. Enter your new credit card details.
  5. Click ✔ Save.

Important💡

Please, note that as part of our card validation policy, we will place a temporary hold of $1 on your credit card. 


Process a One-Off Manual Payment

If your automatic subscription payment(s) failed because of incorrect card details, you can now manually process the overdue payments after updating your information:

  1. Go to Settings Practice Subscription.
  2. Click on Invoices and Receipts.
  3. Select 'Show Unpaid Invoices'
  4. Select items to pay.

  5. Click Pay.
