Changing Email Addresses in Your Account

Discover where email addresses are configured in Zanda. Learn to update emails in business information, locations, communication settings, practitioner profiles, user profiles, and more.

Email addresses can be entered in several sections of the system. Below, you will find the specific locations where these entries can be made.

Business Information

You can locate the first email address field in your Business Information settings. To access this, navigate to Settings > Practice > Business Info.

Locations

The next location where you can enter email addresses is within the settings for each of your practice locations. This section not only allows you to manage email addresses but also updates the details that appear on each invoice.

To access this feature, navigate to Settings > Practice > Locations and select the specific location you wish to edit.

Communication

You can also enter email addresses in the Communication settings of your site. To access this section, navigate to Settings > Communication > Communication Options.

Practitioners

You can also find the email address associated with each Practitioner. To access this information, navigate to Settings > Team > Practitioners, select the specific Practitioner, and then click on Details.

User Email

You can also find the email address field in each User Profile. If you initially registered with an email address that is no longer accessible, you can follow the steps below to update your login email.

  • Click on the account business name at the top-right and select User Profile. In the window that opens, update the email address and save:
  • If you have access to the Settings menu, you can update user email by going to  Settings > Team > Users > User Management: Select Specific User

💡Important

Changing the user email will also change the email that you use to login.

Additional Information

  • Email communication templates require a From email address to be entered, so it is worth reviewing your email templates in Tools > Communication > Templates and updating them if necessary.
  • Zanda allows to use additional email addresses to send notifications to when an online form is submitted by a client. You can check those emails in Tools > Form Designer by reviewing your existing online form templates. 
  • Zanda Client Portal allows to nominate admin email addresses to send user notifications to about client portal activity. Please check what admin emails are added in Settings > Schedule > Client Portal > Notifications
