Learn how to change your master username and password in Zanda. Ensure the security of your account by updating your login details regularly.
When you first signup to Zanda the username and password you select becomes the "Master User" or administrator for your account. The Master User has complete and unrestricted access to your Zanda account and can perform all functions including creating usernames and passwords for other staff.
The master username and password should therefore only be used by the primary account holder. If anyone else becomes aware of your master password you should change it immediately.
Changing Your Master Username
- Click on your account business name in the top right-hand corner.
- Select User Profile.
- Edit the Email address which is also the username to log in.
- Click ✔ Save.
Changing Your Master Password
- Click on your account business name in the top right-hand corner.
- Select User Profile.
- Click 'Set Password'
- Enter your existing password, new password and re-enter new password.
- Click ✔ Save.
