How to Submit an Idea on the Customer Ideas Portal

We love hearing your ideas! Whether it's a feature request, improvement suggestion, or something entirely new, the Zanda Customer Ideas Portal is the best place to share it with us.

📝 Submitting an Idea

  1. Log in to your Zanda account.
  2. Go to the Help section in the menu and click ‘Submit Idea’.
    This will open the Zanda Ideas Portal in a new tab.

🔍 Search for Similar Ideas First

Before submitting a new idea, check to see if someone has already suggested the same thing or something similar.

  • Use the search bar at the top of the portal.
  • Or browse by category using the menu on the left side.

If you find a similar idea:

  • Click the idea title to view more details.
  • Add your vote to show support.
  • Leave a comment explaining how this idea would benefit you.

➕ Add a New Idea

Didn’t find what you were looking for? Submit your own idea:

  1. Click the “+ Add a new idea” button in the top-left corner.
  2. Fill out the submission form with the following details:
    • Your Idea:
      A one-sentence summary that makes your idea easy to understand and discover by others.
    • Describe Your Idea:
      Share the details. Why it will be useful, and how should the feature work?
    • Category (optional):
      Select the most relevant category so we can route it to the right team.
    • How This Would Help You:
      Tell us how this will solve a current problem and what you are currently doing to overcome this problem.
  3. Once you're happy with it. click "Add Idea" - and you're done!

🚀 What Happens Next?

  • Your idea will be visible to other users who can vote and comment. Don't worry! Your name will remain private and will not be visible to other users on ideas or comments.
  • Our Product Team reviews every submission. Your input helps us prioritize what to build next.
  • You’ll receive notifications if the status of your idea changes (e.g., if it’s planned, in progress, or released).

  • Be specific. The more detail, the better.
  • Share real-world use cases to help us understand your context.
  • Check for existing ideas first — voting and commenting helps us gauge demand!
