You can easily process a Medicare claim with your Tyro terminal and Zanda. Just follow the steps below to learn how.

  1. Select the Appointment in the calendar.
  2. On the appointment panel to the right scroll down to the Invoice section.
  3. Select 'Tyro' from the payment method dropdown.

  4. If Bulk Billing, move directly to the Medicare tab:
  5. Select ' Create Bulk Bill ClaIm':

  6. Review the information provided and click Save and Submit With Tyro.

  7. To process a Patient Claim, process the payment first. 
  8. When the transaction is complete, select the Medicare tab (you may need to select Tyro Payment Method on the appointment panel again, if the Tyro modal closes after the payment is processed).
  9. Select Create Patient Claim
  10. Review the information provided and click Save and Submit With Tyro.
