Rare Instances of Undelivered or Missing Emails

After receiving a few reports of emails not being delivered to certain addresses an investigation from both Zanda and some of the recipients of these emails concluded that there was an issue leading to deliverability issues for the period between the 6th and 30th of September 2021. 

While it is currently unclear where the issue occurred (ie. at the sending or receiving side), a review of our systems and changes around this period didn't reveal anything that could have obviously contributed to an issue of this kind.

We have confirmed with recipients (specifically @first2care.com addresses) that they are now receiving emails from Zanda without issue. With this in mind, it may be necessary to resend any invoices or emails sent to these addresses between the 06/09/2021 and the 30/09/2021.
