Forgot your Zanda password? Learn how to reset it easily
There may be a situation where you forgot the password to your Zanda login. This article will tell you how it can be reset.

Resetting Your Forgotten Password

Open your web browser.

Type in your account URL link:

For the USA and Canada: https://us.zandahealth.com/Account/Login

For the UK: https://uk.zandahealth.com/Account/Login

For Australia, New Zealand and other countries, type in https://my.zandahealth.com/Account/Login

3. Click the "Forgot password?" link below the form

Enter the email address associated with your account and click I'm not a robot. Then click Reset Password.

Go to your email inbox and open the Zanda Password Reset email you received. Click on the link inside that email.

Enter your new password. Make sure it includes all the types of characters required. You will be prompted if your password is strong enough.

Your password will be reset and you will be able to log in to your account with the new password you just created.
Note ☝If you have forgotten your Zanda registration email address, please contact your Zanda account owner or admonistrator. If you are a solo account user, contact us at support@zandahealth.com.
Resetting Your Password After You are Logged In

Log in to your Zanda account.

Click on your account business name at the top-right corner and navigate to Profile.

Click Set Password.

Enter your existing password, and below that, enter the new password you would like to use in the future. Re-enter your new password again and click Save.
Resetting The Passwords of Users In Your Account
If you are the master user / account holder of your Zanda account, you can reset the passwords of other users in your account as well.
- Log in to your Zanda dashboard.
- Navigate to User Menu > Account Settings > Team > Users > User Management and click on the user whose password you want to reset.
- Click Set Password.
- Enter the new password for the user. Re-enter the new password again and click Save.
