Starting a Trial Account

  1. To start a new trial account, use this link:
    1. for the USA / Canada region: https://us.zandahealth.com/Instant-Account
    2. for the UK region: https://uk.zandahealth.com/Instant-Account
    3. for the AUS region: https://my.zandahealth.com/Instant-Account
  2. Sign up for the 14-day free trial account. You only need to enter the basic information, such as your name, email address, business name, select your country, and set up a password. You can start a trial as a sole practitioner, or add more practitioners to your trial account at this stage.
    Do not worry, you will be able to add or remove practitioners at any day later. Also, no credit/debit card is required to start a trial.
  3. Click "Start for free now" button to finish creating your trial account. 

Note💡

Your full-access trial account is valid for a 14-day period from the date of creation. To keep your account active beyond this time you will need to convert your account.

  • You can convert your account at any time during your trial period and will not be charged until after your free trial has ended.
  • With Zanda, there are no lock-in contracts and can therefore cancel at any time.

 

Zanda Setup Wizard Overview

    1. The Zanda Setup Wizard will meet you at your first step into your Zanda account. 
    2. Click the 'Next' button to proceed to the next step.

    3. The required step is your Business Information. You can come back and update the rest of the information later. 
    4. The Setup Wizard will guide you through setting up the practitioner information, services for billing, online portal for 24/7 appointment bookings, and provide an overview of additional resources. 
    5. During your 14-day trial period, the Setup Wizard will always be available via the left-side menu bar:
