How To Claim Gift Cards Internationally
- You will receive an email within seven business days after your review is published and will be prompted to click the "Claim My Reward" link.
- You will be directed to the Capterra Site Rewards portal to claim your eligible incentives. When you get to the Capterra Site Rewards portal, select your country of origin.
- Click the "Claim Reward" button to trigger a reward redemption email, which is typically delivered within 24 hours.

4. You will receive an email within seven business days after your review is published. You will get either an Amazon reward option and a claim code or a Reward Link option.

5. Click the link which will lead to either the local language Amazon site or the Reward Link portal.
6. If you receive an Amazon local reward option, enter the claim code into the local Amazon site.

If you receive a Reward Link reward option, claim a reward from the Reward Link portal.
- Reward Link rewards will be sent to reviewers in: Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Finland, Israel, New Zealand, Philippines, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates
An Amazon.com reward will be sent to reviewers in all other countries outside of the United States.
How To Claim Gift Cards in the USA
After completing the review you will receive an email about 2 to 7 business days after your review is published.
1. Click the "Claim My Reward" link.2. You will then be directed to a landing page to claim your eligible incentives.
Click the "Claim Reward" button to trigger a reward redemption email, which is typically delivered within 24 hours.

3. Click the "Redeem Gift Card" link in the email. You will then be directed to the third-party provider, Tango Card, to select your card.
Note 💡
The balance will reflect the eligible amount that you can redeem. You will see the amount that you have earned.
4. Choose which type of gift card you would like to redeem.
Important
International users outside the USA must select Amazon or Reward Link, as these are the only options that can be redeemed outside of the U.S. Capterra cannot help a reviewer who chooses and redeems a different option. Once a reward has been redeemed, only Tango Card will be able to provide assistance.
5. Enter the dollar amount you wish to redeem. You may redeem all of your balance, or select a partial redemption. The remaining amount will stay within your Tango Card account.
6. Lastly, once you have added the amount that you wish to redeem, click “Add to Cart”. Once you checkout, an email will be sent within 24 hours that contains your claim code.
