Video: Adding Diagnosis Codes to Superbills (US-only)

Irina from Zanda 0:05 Hi there and welcome to this short video tutorial. In this video, let us learn how to show client diagnosis on their superbills.
0:14 First, we need to make sure that client diagnosis is recorded on their client profile. To do that, let's open the client profile and and in the record section, let's select diagnosis. You will see a diagnosis added here, and if not, you can go ahead and edit. Make sure that you make it default so that it applies to all the client and voices that will be generated after you've added a diagnosis on the client profile.
0:43 Now you can go and create an appointment for this client, generate an invoice and save it. And after you've done that, But you will see that the diagnosis information is showing on client invoices.
0:58 Let us now go and generate a superbills for our client and see if the diagnosis information is included. To do that, let's go into the client profile, in the billing section and select superbills.
1:12 Here, let's create new superbills. let's set up the dates between which the invoices were generated start from today and go into the next months and now let's click show invoices and payments and we will see that invoices are generated and already selected to be included into these superbill so let's click create and there you go the superbill for insurance reimbursement is generated. Let's have a pip inside. To do that, we can just click print here. And we will see that the diagnosis is showing up here at the top of this superbill. It's also included in the invoice items list as a separate column, with diagnosis listed for each item and there you go. This is how you can very easily set up your client profiles so that their diagnosis are showing on their voices and superbills.
