Internal Errors

If you see the following message you have encountered an internal error:

This is not a typical error, as generally, an error message will indicate an issue with the data that has been entered and will include steps for how to resolve the issue (i.e. incorrect phone number format has been entered in the mobile field).

If you generate an internal error, this indicates that something is not quite right with how the system is handling that action. 

All internal errors that are generated are logged for our programming team to investigate, however, it does assist with investigating and resolving the problem to have more details of the action that triggered the error.

If you receive an internal error please email us at support@zandahealth.com confirming your account name and details including the page you were on and what action triggered the error. This will assist our team in investigating the error.
