In Zanda, you can engage with clients, their contacts, referrers, and third parties through SMS and email communications. You also have the capability to manage SMS subscriptions for recipients directly within your Zanda account, allowing you to easily subscribe or unsubscribe them as needed. Manually Unsubscribing Profiles From SMS Communication
Your clients, their contacts, referrers, or third parties may wish to stop receiving SMS messages from your account. If they requested this, you are able to unsubscribe them from SMS communication, as instructed below:
1. Navigate to a client profile > Admin > Manage page.
2. On the right-hand side, find the ' Receives SMS' setting.
3. Click the dropdown and select ' Unsubscribed'.
4. Confirm the action by selecting ' Yes, unsubscribe'.
5. Click ' Save Changes'
💡 Important
In order to comply with anti-spam regulations, our messaging provider includes an automatic unsubscribed (opt-out) rule on all accounts. If a recipient replies to an SMS from your account with any of these five keywords (case insensitive), they will unsubscribe from receiving messages from your Zanda account:
- STOP
- UNSUBSCRIBE

Subscribing Profiles to SMS Communication
There may be a few reasons why your clients, contacts, referrers or third parties stopped receiving SMS messages from your Zanda account. If they were unsubscribed but now wish to receive SMS messages from your account, you can subscribe them by following the steps below:
1. Navigate to a profile > Admin > Manage page.
2. On the right-hand side, find the ' Receives SMS' setting.
3. Click the dropdown and select ' Subscribed'.
4. Click ' Yes, Subscribe' to confirm the action.
5. Click ' Save Changes'
