Exporting your data from Better Clinics
You can look for the data exporting guidelines on the Better Clinics website. You will need to perform the steps they provide to export each data type you'd like to be imported into Zanda.
Important Notes
- Better Clinics does not provide any client IDs listed in their exported data which means when we import to Zanda we must match clients to their data based on other criteria like first name and last name.
Note that if you have clients with duplicate identical information we cannot guarantee that the data will be correctly matched to the correct client during the import process. If we identify duplicates in the data provided we will advise you. - Forms: We have been advised by some clients that Forms can only be exported / downloaded in document format from Better Clinics individually, not in bulk, . If you are needing to bring these across with you to your new Zanda account, you can then upload them reactively into each relevant client profile by selecting Records > Files and following the prompts, (more info here). You can also tag these documents as forms for easy location / identification, click here to learn how. If you are hoping to get your forms exported from Better clinics in bulk, we recommend you contact Better Clinics Support to request this.
- In addition to what has been discussed above, we do recommend that you read all generic "Important notes" relevant to importing your data, as documented here as there are relevant learnings and important information relevant to your data import that you need to be aware of.
