Scheduled System Maintenance Details
💡 We will be conducting scheduled system maintenance to upgrade to a more modern database on my.zandahealth.com. This is part of our ongoing efforts to improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of Zanda.
Note:
- This maintenance will only impact users on the my.zandahealth.com domain - generally users in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. Client Portal for my.zandahealth.com accounts will also be unavailable during the maintenance works.
- Users that access their Zanda accounts via uk.zandahealth.com or us.zandahealth.com will not be affected by this maintenance.
This maintenance will take place on Saturday, 26 July 10:00 pm AEST - Sunday, 27 July 06:00 am AEST, during which the platform on my.zandahealth.com will be temporarily unavailable (this includes both the main clinic-facing application and the Client Portal).

How to Back Up Your Appointments
To ensure you can have a list of your appointments even when you cannot access your Zanda account, consider backing them up in advance.
Here are several ways you can do this:
- Sync Zanda Calendar to Google Calendar
- Sync Zanda Calendar to Outlook Calendar
- Print Appointments List
- Run Appointments Report
- Export Appointments via Data Export
- Export Clients Details via Data Export or Advanced Search
