 Understanding Zanda Subscription Plans

Learn how Zanda’s current pricing structure works and which plan may apply to your practice

Zanda subscription pricing is designed to scale with your practice. The current plan structure is based on practice size and usage, so smaller practices can start simply, while growing and established practices have access to the capacity and features they need.

This article explains the available Zanda plans at a high level. It does not include specific prices, as pricing may vary depending on your region, currency, plan eligibility, and account setup.

How Zanda Subscription Pricing Works

Zanda currently offers subscription plans designed for different stages of practice growth.

Your subscription price may depend on factors such as:

  • Your number of practitioners
  • Your appointment volume
  • Your region and currency

The two main plans are:

  • Starter: Designed for solo practitioners getting started with Zanda
  • Growth: Designed for growing, established, or larger practices

For exact pricing, please refer to the current Zanda pricing page

Starter Plan

The Starter plan is designed for solo practitioners who are starting or running a very small practice.

This plan is suitable for practices with:

  • 1 practitioner
  • A lower appointment volume - up to 1,000 client and group appointments in a lifetime
  • Core practice management needs

Growth Plan

The Growth plan is designed for established practices, growing teams, and practices with more complex workflows.

This plan is suitable for practices that need:

  • More practitioner capacity
  • Unlimited appointments
  • Multi-location management
  • Greater flexibility as the practice grows

Growth includes everything in Starter, plus additional features such as:

  • Unlimited appointments and users
  • Multiple locations and rooms

The Growth plan is designed to support practices as they expand, without needing to manage separate systems for scheduling, billing, notes, communication, forms, reporting, and practice operations.

What Is Included With Every Plan

Every Zanda plan includes support and onboarding resources to help your practice get started and keep running smoothly.

  • Video tutorials and learning resources

Data migration

Zanda also provides free data migration support to help you move your practice information into Zanda.

Depending on your plan and current system, this may include support with:

  • Importing your client list
  • Migrating your appointment schedule
  • Moving practice data from your previous system
  • Helping reduce disruption during the transition

Questions About Your Account Pricing

Pricing can vary depending on your account, practice size, location, currency, and subscription setup.

For this reason, the Zanda Knowledge Base and AI support chatbot cannot confirm your exact subscription price or account-specific billing details.

If you have questions about your current plan, pricing, or upcoming subscription changes, please contact the Zanda support team by emailing support@zandahealth.com

Frequently Asked Questions

❓Where can I see the current Zanda prices?

You can view the latest pricing information on the Zanda pricing page.

❓Will imported client records affect whether I need Starter or Growth?

Starter eligibility is based on appointment volume, not the number of client records in your account. Importing client records into a trial or paid account does not, by itself, use the Starter appointment allowance.

Personal appointments are not included in the Starter appointment count. If your data migration includes historical appointments, Zanda support can confirm how those appointment dates apply to your plan eligibility before you convert your trial account.

Your available plan and price may also depend on your region and currency. Use the Zanda pricing page for current pricing in your location, and contact Zanda support if you have questions about an account-specific or introductory offer.

Where can I check appointment counts for plan or pricing questions?

You can review your account's current appointment count from User Menu > Account Settings > Practice > Subscription. This page shows the current appointment count and active practitioner count used when selecting a plan.

If you want to review appointments for a specific period, such as one month, use Reports > Practice > Export Appointments. Set the Start and End dates, filter by Appointment Practitioner if needed, then run the report and export the results to CSV for a detailed appointment list.

For client-level appointment totals, use Reports > Clients > Appointment Count. This report finds clients who had a selected number of appointments within a date range. It is useful

Yes. If you have questions about your current subscription, billing, or account-specific pricing, please contact Zanda support by emailing support@zandahealth.com.

❓Will my plan change automatically as my practice grows?

Your plan eligibility may depend on your practice size and usage. If your practice grows beyond the limits of your current plan, your account will move to a plan that better supports your practice needs. You will see a notification pop up in your Zanda account when this happents.

🚨 Please contact Zanda support if you have questions about how this applies to your account.
