The Help Menu provides instant access to support resources, documentation, and feedback mechanisms. Located in the top navigation bar, the question mark icon (?) is your gateway to assistance whenever you need it.

The Help Menu is always available in the top navigation bar of your Zanda dashboard.

- Log in to your Zanda account.
- Locate the Question Mark icon (?) in the top right corner of the navigation bar.
- Click the icon to open the dropdown menu.
The Help Menu offers several options to ensure you have the support and resources you need.

Opens the Chat Widget with options to search our help centre, send us an email, chat with our team, or book a call. This is the fastest way to get assistance with any immediate issues or questions.
Opens the Zanda Knowledge Base in a new tab. Here you can search our comprehensive library of articles, guides, and FAQs to find answers at your own pace.
Redirects you to Zanda Academy, our dedicated training hub. Access structured courses and educational resources designed to help you and your team master the platform.
Opens our Idea Portal where you can propose new features or improvements. We value your feedback and use it to directly inform our product roadmap.
Directs you to our Bug Reporting Form. Use this channel to report any technical issues or unexpected errors you encounter while using the application.
Opens the System Status Page to view the current operational status of the Zanda platform. Check this page if you suspect an outage or want to view scheduled maintenance updates.
