Justin from Zanda 0:05 Hey everyone, Justin here from Zanda, and today I just want to quickly run you through how you can find templates for your communications that you may need to send out, so email SMS and letters, as well as your note templates and your form templates.

Accessing Communication Templates

0:19 So, all we're going to be doing is coming over to our main menu over here, where we've got tools, and right underneath this communication option in here, you can see we've got templates. Now, we do provide you with a number of templates in the system and you can freely use them as is. You can also get rid of them. So if you don't want them, you can just come over to the cog and hit deactivate. But nothing's truly deleted. So if you do decide later, you want to use one, you can just come back and you can reactivate it again by just hitting show in active. And then in that case, I would be hitting the cog and I'd be hitting activate to kind of bring that back. Also, you can clone them as well. So if you want to make a couple of variations, maybe test some things out, you can do that as well. So those are going to be preloaded in. And in my case, I've got a few extra ones sitting in here.

Accessing Notes Templates

1:04 When we come to note templates, so if we go in here and have a look, typically speaking, you may not see a lot in here, but there are a lot that we provide via the template library. So as with the communication templates, you can obviously just make your own if you want to, but it is also worth having a look at the template library to kind of see what we've already kind of provided it as well, because with any of these templates you can just bring them into your account and you can also edit them as well. So what I'll typically find in a lot of cases is people will go in here, they'll find something that they're kind of generally happy with. Maybe they're happy with 60% of the template, but then they want to change 40% of it. At least that way you've kind of got it already structured out. So all you have to do is just make your tweaks to it and you're not starting completely from nothing. So if I was having a look in here and I wanted this counselor clinical into view one. Basically what I'm going to be doing is just kind of having a look at it, obviously wanting to review it, make sure it's something that I want. And I'm just going to hit save to my account. And when I hit save to my account, that is going to take me back to that previous screen. And that is going to be sitting in here. I have a lot of templates sitting in here though. I've got like 188.So it will be in here and I can freely then go in and just start editing it. So that's with the note templates.

Accessing Online Form Templates

2:21 And then the other one is to go across to the form designer. So again we're just in that tools area and we've just kind of gone through these top three. So in the form designer it looks very similar to the note template area but you can also go to the template library here where you'll find form templates specifically when you're in here and it's the exact same process. Click on the library, click the template that you want and then save it to your account where you can freely edit it and do whatever you want to it. So just in review, all you need to do is when you are sitting out on the calendar, when you first come in to Zanda tools Communication templates sitting in here for all of your email SMS and letter templates Note templates where you can go in and create your templates or download them from the library and then the same again for the form designer So hopefully that helps just finding your way through and maybe finding a few templates that you can just use so it can save you a little bit of time in the setup process. Now that's all I have time for today, but we have plenty of other video tutorials that I highly recommend you go and check out if you're still trying to get your head around using the system. But that is all for me today, so bye for now.
