0:07 Hi there and welcome. In this video, let us talk about how to generate statements build to third parties. We can use this when we want to send a document to a third party payee to show and include, uh, the invoices generated to the clients that they are paying for and also show the records of payments 0:29 that have been received from this third-party payee and allocated to invoices. So in this video, let me show you how this can be done.
Creating A Statement
0:44 Let's start with looking up that third-party profile. Let's use the quick search, select third parties, and start typing information that you have available about this third party. 0:59 So once we've looked up the profile let's click to open and in the billing section let's go to the statements. 1:09 You may have already generated the statements for this third party so you will see them listed here and the same as client statements you can generate statements to show all activity or just some outstanding invoices for this third party. 1:27 But let me guide you through this process of generating a new statement. Let's also create the activity statement from the beginning of this year. 1:41 You can add some custom text. You can include the provider details and supply to the details or remove those and now let's click show invoices and payments. 1:53 So what you'll see here is the list of invoices that were billed to this third party listed here. As you can see this can be different clients. 2:04 So if you only want to include the invoices for one client, deselect all the invoices and only select that client or again you can just select all the clients to be included into this statement. 2:20 If there have been payments allocated to these invoices, they will be listed below. Again, if you decide not to show that, just remove those ticks and they won't be included in the statements or add them and also there will be a of our payments that have been received during that period. 2:44 Again, you can choose not to show those, and now let's create this statement. There you go, we can choose to add the referrals to that statement's information. 2:58 And now let's click print to have a preview what information has been included into this statement. you can rename it to show for example the time period of this statement. 3:19 Let's click OK and there you go. Here we have the preview of this statement and let me just enlarge it so we have a better view. 3:31 So in the provided bisection we can see a list of all the providers, all the practitioners who were providing services to those clients and also the Zanda account default location information. 3:48 The invoice too is showing the information about the payee, so the third party and also we de-identified invoices to the third party, so the supplier supply to information is only listing the client profile numbers. 4:08 If you choose to show the client information on the statements, the system will be showing the names and addresses of those clients.
Sharing the Statement
4:23 And we will also see all the invoice items with the complete information listed below, all the payments that have been allocated and all the payments that have been received and we can print, download these our statement and we can also email it to the payee, to their email address. 4:44 If you now go to the communication activity we will see that this statement has been sent emailed to the third party payee.
